Please join us in welcoming our newest Chamber member – Edgerton VFW City Post 2708!
For decades, Edgerton VFW Post 2708 has been dedicated to serving both veterans and the greater Edgerton community. Chartered in 1946, the organization continues to make a meaningful impact through service, remembrance and community support.
From providing military funeral honors through their Honor Guard and participating in Memorial Day and Veterans Day events, to supporting local scholarships, Vet’s Roll, Badger Honor Flight and Wounded Warriors, Post 2708 exemplifies service beyond self. The group also partners on local community initiatives, including support for Edgerton Outreach programs and the “Building Hope” project that will provide transitional housing for veterans and families right here in Edgerton.
Their members have also rolled up their sleeves for hands on community projects, including salvaging more than 10,000 bricks for the City of Edgerton and volunteering at local events and outreach efforts.
We are proud to welcome Edgerton VFW City Post 2708 to the Edgerton Area Chamber of Commerce and grateful for their continued commitment to strengthening our community and supporting those who have served our country.
